Do you offer a guarantee on used watches?

Yes, we offer a 1-year dealer guarantee on all used watches. Many of the watches we sell also have an official manufacturer's guarantee!

What does "full set" mean?

"Full Set" means that the watch is delivered with its original box, the papers and accessories that it originally received from the manufacturer.

This increases the value and attractiveness of the watch for collectors.

Can I visit the watch in your boutique?

Yes, you are welcome to visit the watch in our shop & Watch Lounge in Stuttgart in Calwer Str. 19.

How long does shipping take?

The shipping takes place within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.

Our watches are only sent by courier to ensure maximum security.

Can I return the clock if I don't like it?

Yes, you have the right to return the clock within 14 days of receipt, provided that it is in the unworn state.

How do I properly maintain a used luxury watch?

It is best to store your watch in a safe or protected place and have it regularly wait by a certified specialist dealer.

We recommend that mechanical watches with automatic clock work to be brought to maintenance every 4-5 years.

The value of a watch depends on various factors, such as the brand, model, condition and rarity.

What is the difference between new and unworn watches?
